What should I expect upon arrival?
Head on up to the second floor either through the front or back entrance and make yourself comfy on the bright orange couch, you can't miss it! While you wait, feel free to treat yourself to some free snacks and drinks (yes, free, go wild). I'll come grab you when I'm ready. Can't wait to see your fabulous face!

What should I expect during the appointment?
Once we've chatted about the service, I'll step out for a moment so you can get comfortable (and yes, there's a little wipe available if you'd like to freshen up). I'll knock before coming back in, because no one likes surprise entrances!
Throughout the service, I'll walk you through everything I'm using, products, techniques, and maybe even a few bad jokes to keep you distracted. Basically, you'll always know what's happening, and your skin will leave smoother than ever!

What should I do to prepare for my wax?
Before your wax, let your hair grow to about a grain-of-rice length (around 2-3 weeks of growth is perfect). Gently exfoliate the area a day or two beforehand to help prevent ingrown hairs, but skip lotions or oils on the day of your appointment, clean, dry skin is best. If you're a little nervous about discomfort, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever 30 minutes before, but that's totally optional.
