Booking Policy:

Please note that all no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee for the appointment that was booked. This policy ensures that time reserved for you is respected and helps maintain fair scheduling for all clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. However, if you reschedule within 14 days, that amount can be applied toward your new appointment for the same service.

First-Time Client Offer:

First-time clients enjoy a special Buy One, Get One Free offer! The complimentary service must be the same as the one originally purchased and must be booked within 6 weeks of the first appointment to redeem the offer.
